Mia's Third Birthday....

We had a fun activity on Saturday, Mia's birthday party! She had a Dora the Explorer theme, and Mia's mom provided Dora and Diego masks. HILARIOUS!! Mia is Lucas and Noah's oldest friend...they've been in daycare together since they were four months old! It has been fun watching them grow up together. Well, it has been fun watching Mia grow MUCH taller than them! :)

A Little Home Improvement....

Lowes Home Improvement occasionally has a kids activity on Saturday morning. We have neighbors that take their kids regularly, but we had not made it to one. Marty decided this morning to take them up to participate. They had a great time and were so proud of the race cars they made. They were also very proud of their new apron, goggles and the patch they recived for completing their project. Each time they participate, they get another patch to iron onto their apron. What is nice is that it is FREE! We also scored a 99 cent meal at Red Bowl for lunch! Score Mommy and Daddy for Saturday savings! :)

Sorry for the slow blog activity lately. I've had such a hectic few weeks at work, coupled with a bad cold/sinus thingy, and also trying to work out on a regular basis. Mommy has been tired....
